I started my career as a textile designer many years ago. Then, the call of the outdoors propelled me to complete a degree in horticulture design. However, career switching did not take away my love for textiles. Spending 15 years as a garden designer, I have made countless numbers of scarves to protect my head and neck while working. The headscarf was an experiment that proved invaluable during the warm months. Over the years so many friends who had received my handmade scarves, as well as people who had seen me wear them, tried to convince me to make them available for others. Here I am diving back into textiles.
